What We Charge, And Process For Payments
The Booking Process

Submit enquiry via online booking form/phone/email – give as much details as possible.

Quotation is prepared within 48 hours and sent to Prospective Customer.

Taste testing is done if required.

Booking is confirmed through agreement with both parties & deposit is paid to secure booking.

Event is catered to as specified on relevant date with the expectation Customer is pleased with our excellent service.
Policy for Payments
After receipt of a quotation 1/3 (33%) deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid in full one week before the date of the function. Payments can be made via cash, cheque, Linx, credit card or direct deposit into our account. If paid via direct deposit, email us a scanned copy of the deposit slip for our records.
- There is a 10% service charge on all full-service catering bookings under 100 persons. If you’re inviting more than 100 people, this charge is waived.
- 12.5% V.A.T. will be added to all final invoices.
- A refundable caution fee of $1,000.00 will be charged on all full-service catering bookings. This is security charged in case the function exceeds the agreed upon time.
Policy for Cancellations
All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the date of the function.
A 20% cancellation fee on deposit will be deducted if booking is cancelled after the 48 hours stipulated. However, discretion will be applied in cases of emergency.
